Ultra Gentle Grooming means that our Groomers are caring animal behavior experts that know how to familiarize your pet with every step of the grooming process while developing a trusting relationship. It means that we don’t use harsh drying methods and we will never force your pet through an experience ever, providing a soothing and relaxing experience the both of you will appreciate.
